My little Kenzie is growing up so fast and learning so much each and every day. She is pretty tech savvy and has recently inquired why her devices don't work on the go (where there is no wifi available) while ours do. My answer was that she had to wait until she was older for them to work! To her luck, School Zone offers the Little Scholar® Tablet that works even if there is no wifi.

This is an awesome tablet for kids 3-7 years old with an 8 inch screen that runs on a Google Android Operating 4.4.2 system . It is pre loaded with over 150 apps, videos and e-books ($400+ value). I like that the rubber bumper is also included so little hands can grip it securely.

Kenzie loves to learn after school, on weekends and more so I don't even have to "force" her ever. The Little Scholar Educational Tablet truly makes it fun for those who need a little prodding. Kids can learn to read, spell, build math skills and have fun in general. What's great is that parents can manage the apps and track activity and progress for your child. Kenzie is a huge fan of the audio read along tracks because she's been learning how to read in preschool.

  • Charlie & Company™, a new educational video series with live action and animation
  • Start to Read! program has creative, colorful characters and memorable, relevant themes :: three-level series of storybooks is designed to build a solid literary foundation for any child, while teaching kids that reading is fun!
  • Take pictures with rear- and front-facing camera. Play with silly special effects and save pictures to your own personal gallery. So many goofy pictures have been taken by Kenzie - it's hilarious!
  • Sing Along with Songs by Brian Vander Ark! I love this because there are 87 songs to learn and sing. How perfect for those long road trips!

We have Florida and Hawaii vacations this summer so I am stoked that Kenzie will be able to take this along with her.
