To select a new tool just click on it. Each tool is unique. Click on a tool and then move the curser to the center drawing area of the screen. Click and hold the mouse button down as you move around the screen to draw or paint. The only tools that function with a single click are the paint bucket and the cloth eraser. To use the paint bucket just move the bucket to the area you want to fill and click. The color or pattern you have selected will pour into the area only stopping when there are lines to trap the flow. To clear the entire picture back to a white screen just select the cloth eraser, move it to the drawing area and click.
